We want you to receive your Big fanz gear as soon as possible. Which is why we try and dispatch your order within 24 hours. From the time your order is dispatched from our facilities, it takes 2 – 4 working days to reach you based on your geographical location.
What are your Delivery Charges?
Standard shipping charges apply on all Domestic orders at the rate of INR 75 per 500 gms.
What if there is a problem with the delivery of my Order?
Despite our best efforts and those of our courier, certain issues can and may arise before your parcel is delivered. In order to guarantee you a quality service, we promise to do our best to find the cause and resolve the problem in a timely manner.
What if I am not there when they try to deliver the package?
Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner makes attempts to reach you via a phone call and SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package.
What if the items were damaged during Shipping?
If when you receive your parcel you notice that it is damaged you should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our offices, complete with security tape that should be visible and intact
